Dear Tax payers,
Recently I noticed
that the Satara road area where I stay is not road but parking lot. When I observed
neatly I was not surprised but to know that majority of road is used other than
vehicles.
I wrote to PMC commissioner and DCP traffic. But no action and no
response till today . I request you all if you find the roads in your area are
used for parking private vehicles, hawkers or any other purpose pl write E mail
to PMC commissioner. Our hard earned money is used for creating and maintaining
roads and traffics and is beaning used by very few peoples for their own
interest / business. The businesses are awarded the licenses with out ensuring infrastructure
availability and we all have to face the music. Over and above some persons so
called Nagarsevak are charging for allowing such businesses and all this on our
cost. I wrote to PMC commissioner for strict action. Could you all Pl do so.
The details of E mail are as below
Satara Road - Raod or Parking Lot?
Dear Authority PMC and Pune Traffic Police
In continuation with my previous E mail I would like you to go thru the attached photographs for the utilisation ofSatara road at 12 noon on 2nd Sept. ( Refer attached files Satara road From Padmavati to KKmarket Chowk - 1. Towards Swargate and 2. Towards Katraj )
This indicates that road is majorly used for parking and other purpose and the law is in the pocket of the traders / hawkers and not with you the poor authority. The roads are used for the commercial purpose and we the tax payers are suferer as no maction is taken by your offices
Pl take action immediately as
1. Suspending Licences immediately till the necessary and satisfactory arragemnet
2. Heavy Fines for using public road for parking
3. Damaging public properties under law of defacing public properly.
4. Reviewing Liance policy as mentioned in eralier communication
Hope you will take action on this immediate.
Thanks With Best Regards,
Sanjay

Dear Commissioner Pune, DCP Pune Traffic and Add. Commissioner ,
In spite of intimation by E mail dated 30th August I Neither find any improvement / action nor any reply on action plan.
The footpaths and side road is used for parking today too 9 with blessings of concern authority.)
I am sure as common man we do not wish to pay our hard money for making footpaths/ Road for commercial use of private organisations as indicated.
Hope you will take permanent action on priority . Otherwise we do not have any choice but to refuse to pay taxes.
Thanks With Best Regards,
Sanjay

Dear Authority,
After a month no action taken in the misuse of public property. Pl find the attached photo taken today 4.15 pm at Deccan Honda showroom. The situation is same all over road. More than 80% area is occupied illegally. And the concerned are so confident that no action will be taken against them See the parking exactly below no parking board in attached photo.
Could you Pl answer why the action could not be taken on this after one month
Do we requires any special sanctions or amendment in law or your offices are not authorized to do so.
We tax payers are suffering for no reason.
Waiting for reply.
